Role Description
• Represent our company at exhibitions and industry conferences, ensuring a professional booth presentation and engaging visitor experience.
• Manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms, creating engaging content and responding to community interactions.
• Execute promotional emailing campaigns to enhance business outreach and customer engagement.
• Foster strong relationships with existing clients and engage prospective clients to expand our business network.
• Willingness to travel for business, exhibitions, and conferences as part of our commitment to stakeholder engagement and market presence.
• Serve as an executive assistant to the Managing Director, assisting with daily administrative tasks and schedule management.
• Coordinate and plan office events, such as team-building activities and employee celebrations, to enhance internal relations and workplace culture.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Enthusiasm for travel and meeting new people.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; experience in similar roles is a plus but not required.
