Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leasing Consultant & Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This dual-role position is ideal for a driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at multitasking, and has a passion for customer service and strategic marketing. The ideal candidate will play a key role in leasing apartments, retaining residents, and promoting the property to increase occupancy and visibility in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

Leasing Responsibilities:

Greet and assist prospective residents in a professional, engaging manner.

Conduct property tours, showcase available units, and explain lease terms and community features.

Process rental applications and verify applicant qualifications in compliance with company policies.

Maintain accurate records of prospect traffic, follow-ups, and leasing data.

Build strong relationships with residents to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Marketing Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract prospective residents and increase brand awareness.

Manage online listings, social media platforms, and promotional campaigns.

Coordinate community events, outreach efforts, and resident engagement programs.

Monitor market trends and competitor activity to make recommendations for strategic adjustments.

Track marketing performance metrics and prepare regular reports.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in residential leasing and/or property marketing.

Strong knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and leasing procedures.

Proficiency in leasing software (e.g., Yardi, Entrata, or similar) and MS Office Suite.

Experience with digital marketing, social media management, and content creation is a plus.

Requirements:
