About the Role
Koala Solutions is seeking a high-calibre Marketing and Legal Communications Officer to drive content strategy, client communication, and digital systems execution.
This is not an administrative role. This position sits at the intersection of marketing, legal-grade writing, and operational systems, supporting the delivery of clear, compliant, and commercially effective communication across the business.
You will work directly with the Director to enhance brand authority, client engagement, and internal efficiency.
Core Functions1. Marketing & Content Strategy (Primary Focus)
Lead creation of short-form video content (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn) aligned with immigration strategy and business positioning
Script, edit, and publish content with a focus on authority, clarity, and conversion
Maintain consistent content pipeline and performance tracking
Support website content (Wix) and digital campaigns
Strengthen Koala Solutions’ brand as a trusted authority in immigration and recruitment
2. Legal & Professional Communication
Draft and refine client-facing communications to a professional, compliant standard
Assist in preparing submissions, statements, and structured responses
Translate complex immigration matters into clear, client-understandable communication
Maintain consistency in tone: direct, strategic, and legally sound
Support internal templates, checklists, and documentation frameworks
3. Digital Systems & Workflow Execution
Operate and optimise systems including G Suite, Asana, Adobe, and Wix
Manage workflows, task tracking, and internal coordination
Improve efficiency through structured systems and process discipline
Support digital asset management and document control
4. Business & Operational Support
Assist in recruitment coordination and candidate communication
Support execution of business initiatives and campaigns
Work closely with management to improve systems, delivery, and output quality
Key Requirements
Proven ability in content creation (especially TikTok/video editing and scripting)
Strong legal or professional writing capability (clear, structured, precise)
High level of technical proficiency across digital tools and systems
Experience with G Suite, Asana, Adobe, and Wix
Strong organisational skills and ability to execute under pressure
Professional, accountable, and commercially aware
Preferred (Not Essential)
Background or exposure to immigration, legal, or professional services
Understanding of Australian visa pathways or willingness to learn quickly
Experience in structured business environments

Base Salary: $75,000 + Superannuation
