Role & Responsibilities: As a Marketing and Sales Assistant, you'll be the creative force behind our clients' brands, engaging with potential customers to promote products and services
Helping to organize and execute marketing events such as product launches, trade shows, or promotional activities
This could involve setting up booths, interacting with attendees, and distributing marketing materials
Building meaningful relationships with customers to understand their needs this includes providing assistance and information to customers who visit the event locations, answering questions about products or services, and addressing any issues or complaints they may have
Conducting captivating sales presentations and product demonstrations (as required by the client) to customers on a face-to-face basis
Becoming a repository of knowledge about the brands' products, services, and competitor offerings always staying one step ahead of the competition
Handling customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency and with the highest levels of customer service
Representing the company's brand positively and professionally in all face-to-face interactions, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding
Managing new customer registrations from start to finish, it will be your responsibility to engage the customers, advise of products available, match the customer's needs and close the sale using the client's online system
