Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Marketing and Sales Associate to join our team. You will be responsible for promoting non-profit causes, enhancing brand awareness, and engaging with the public through direct marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement face-to-face marketing campaigns at events and pop-up locations.
• Drive brand awareness and support for non-profit clients through engaging presentations and customer interactions.
• Analyse market trends and feedback to optimise promotional strategies.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve marketing and sales targets.
• Report on campaign progress and results to management.
Requirements
• Must have full and unrestricted right to work in the UK.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or marketing roles is preferred.
• Must not have applied to T+-Specialist within the past 30 days.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
