Talent Hack, an innovative startup specializing in tech candidate sourcing, is looking for a talented, tech-savvy individual to join our team.
As we prepare to launch into the global market, we need a marketing and recruitment specialist who can help us make finding tech talent simple. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our product runs smoothly and meets the needs of our clients.
Responsibilities:
• In this dynamic role, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks, including writing emails, DMs, posts, and outreach messages using ChatGPT and other AI platforms, as well as managing social media, website, and LinkedIn for Talent Hack.
• You'll also be responsible for writing and sending recruitment messaging to candidates on behalf of our clients, and managing the metrics and reporting for email and online campaigns.
Requirements:
• Native-level English speaker and writer, with experience managing campaigns and producing results.
• Experience working with Google Ads and email marketing.
• Some experience in recruitment, InDesign, or the creative suite is a plus, it's not essential.
The ideal candidate will be a multi-tasking superstar who can juggle multiple projects at the same time, write fluently and easily in English, and communicate complex ideas to any audience in a simple and concise manner.
