Key Responsibilities
• Plan and run digital campaigns on Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Business.
• Collaborate with content/design teams for creatives like banners, reels, and captions.
• Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and suggest improvements.
• Manage promotions via email and WhatsApp; respond to online queries/messages.
• Assist with website content, blog coordination, and basic SEO (keywords, competitor analysis).
• Make outbound calls and follow-ups to explain services and convert leads.
• Attend client meetings, campus drives, webinars, and other outreach events.
• Maintain lead/client data in Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools.
• Coordinate across departments to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.
• Balance digital marketing efforts with on-ground business development.
