Description of role:
• Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to promote training, and technical solutions services with an objective to increase market share.
• Gather market intelligence and customer insights and seize opportunities through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Contributes to efficient and effective implementation of market segmentation, targeting, and positioning strategies for specific training/technical services in the B2B market.
• Create compelling marketing material, campaigns, presentations, and case studies.
• Drive continuous improvement in marketing and sales processes, tools, and techniques in use.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to build a network and identify opportunities.
• Prepare, manage, and utilize sales and marketing budget effectively while maximizing ROI.
• Monitor and report on sales and marketing performance metrics.
• Effectively communicate the Company’s value proposition to clients, potential customers, and relevant stakeholders
• Maintain transparency and honesty in all customer interactions.
• Effectively facilitating the relevant communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Focus on customer satisfaction to foster loyalty and long-term retention by addressing needs and concerns in time.
• Timely follow-up with interested parties to translate opportunities into projects.
• Maintain necessary records and documentation as necessary to remain aligned with IMS and other applicable guidelines and regulations.
Travel:
This position may require regular travel both in India and abroad.
