Position Overview:
As a Sales and Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach, creating brand awareness, and driving revenue growth. Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Sales and Business Development:
• Identify and target potential schools, educational institutions, and businesses.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our educational products.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
• Marketing and Branding:
• Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to position our products in the market.
• Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, online content, and presentations.
• Identify and attend industry conferences and events to promote our brand.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute digital marketing campaigns.
Travel:
• Extensive travel is required to meet with potential clients, attend trade shows, and conduct on-site presentations.
• Build and maintain a robust travel schedule to meet with clients and prospects.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in B2B sales and business development.
• A strong understanding of educational products or science kits is a plus.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet aggressive sales targets.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
