Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales & Marketing Trainee to join our team, working with our poultry supplement brand, Poultrife. This entry-level position is perfect for freshers eager to learn about sales and marketing strategies in a dynamic, fast-growing company.
During the first month, you will undergo a Provisional Period where your performance will be evaluated. Successful completion of this period will lead to a permanent role with bonus perks.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Training:
• Learn about product promotion strategies, including social media marketing, email campaigns, and online advertising.
• Assist in creating marketing content (videos, blogs, and posters) for the Poultrife brand.
• Understand target markets and customer segments for effective marketing.
2. Sales Training:
• Engage with potential customers, understanding their needs and promoting relevant Poultrife products.
• Assist with lead generation, cold calling, and follow-up on inquiries.
• Participate in sales meetings and assist in closing deals, both online and offline.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
• Learn how to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Handle customer queries and provide information about products.
• Assist in creating reports on customer engagement and sales activities.
4. Deal Finalization:
• Learn the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Work closely with senior team members to handle negotiations and finalize deals.
Provisional Period (First Month):
• You will be on a Provisional Period for one month from your date of joining.
• During this period, you will work remotely with flexible hours, but core working hours will be from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM IST, Monday to Friday.
• Your performance will be evaluated on key aspects such as customer engagement, product knowledge, and sales capabilities. If successful, you will be offered a permanent position with additional perks.
