Responsibilities
Social Media & Content Creation
Create daily posts and videos for Instagram
Help develop and grow our TikTok presence
Film and edit Instagram Reels and short-form video content
Design posts, stories, and graphics using Canva
Capture in-store content including new product arrivals, showroom styling, and lighting features
Assist with planning monthly content calendars
Marketing & Promotions
Assist with planning and executing in-store sales and promotions
Design marketing materials including signage, banners, and promotional graphics
Help coordinate community partnerships and local fundraising initiatives
Assist with planning and marketing special events and promotions
Community & Business Outreach
Help build relationships with local businesses and community organizations
Assist with coordinating collaborations and local marketing opportunities
Support initiatives that connect Chateau Lighting with local community programs
Trade Shows & Events
Assist with planning and coordinating trade show displays
Help with setup, logistics, and attendance at trade shows and events
Assist in preparing promotional materials and displays
Administrative & Sales Support
Assist in preparing marketing documents and information packages for builders and industry partners
Support sales staff with administrative tasks
Provide backup showroom sales support when needed
Help maintain the visual presentation of the showroom
Qualifications
Interest in marketing, social media, design, or retail
Comfortable creating content for Instagram and TikTok
Experience using Canva or similar design tools
Familiar with Instagram Reels and short-form video content
Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
Strong communication skills
Comfortable working in a retail showroom environment
Interest in interior design, lighting, or home decor is an asset
