We specialize in organizing events for corporates at major 5-star properties, working under contract with leading hospitality brands in Navi Mumbai. Our in-house audio and video equipment sets us apart from traditional event management companies, ensuring superior production quality and seamless execution. Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate female professional to manage client servicing and social media marketing. Working closely with the Director, you'll handle client meetings, presentations, and relationship management while driving social media content creation and engagement. The ideal candidate will show patience, perseverance, and a willingness to learn and grow
Key Responsibilities
Client Servicing & Coordination
Act as a key point of contact for clients, maintain strong, ongoing relationships.
Assist the Director in preparing and presenting proposals
Attend client meetings, take minutes and follow up on deliverables.
Coordinate closely with the Director on creatives, vendors and technicians on operations, to ensure all client requirements are delivered smoothly.
Social Media Management & Promotion
Create, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos) for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others.
Monitor social media engagement, respond to comments/inquiries, and grow the online community.
Plan and execute basic paid promotions / boosted posts when required
Collaborate with designers and videographers (if needed) to enhance content; the ability to shoot reels or create short-form content independently will be an added advantage.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
1–3 years of experience in client servicing, social media management, or related roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — confident in client-facing roles.
Strong skills in social media content creation, planning, and management, or a quick adaptability to learn related digital tools and platforms.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint for presentations).
Familiarity with Canva, and mobile-friendly apps for video editing and reel creation such as CapCut, InShot, VN Video Editor, or similar.
Organized, proactive, and comfortable multitasking between client handling and digital promotion.
Preferred Background
Experience in events, branding, creative services, or entertainment industries.
Basic knowledge of paid ads (Meta Ads Manager) and email marketing tools.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 30 per week
