Job Description
We are seeking a talented and creative Marketing Artist to join our team and contribute to the success of our mobile game through visually engaging user acquisition (UA) campaigns and social media content. As a Marketing Artist, you will be responsible for creating eye-catching graphics and visuals that resonate with our target audience, using your artistic skills, creativity, and a keen understanding of color psychology. Your work will play a crucial role in attracting and retaining players, driving user engagement, and promoting our game effectively.
JOB LOCATION: Navi Mumbai (Belapur)
EXPERIENCE: 2-5 years
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design
• Create visually appealing graphics and visuals for user acquisition (UA) campaigns across various advertising platforms.
• Design eye-catching social media content, including images, GIFs, videos, and other interactive elements.
• Develop stunning artwork for app store listings, promotional banners, and in-game assets.
Creativity and Innovation
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and incorporate innovative concepts into your work.
• Brainstorm and propose creative ideas for UA campaigns and social media content to maximize user engagement.
Color Psychology
• Utilize a deep understanding of color psychology to choose color schemes that resonate with our target audience and evoke desired emotions.
Cross-functional Collaboration
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and tailor visuals accordingly.
• Work with game developers to ensure that in-game assets are consistent with the overall marketing strategy.
Asset Optimization
• Adapt and optimize graphics for various platforms, screen sizes, and resolutions.
Brand Consistency
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and ensure they align with the game's art style and messaging.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing previous work in digital marketing and advertising.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).
• Strong artistic skills with an eye for detail, color, and composition.
• Knowledge of mobile game marketing trends and best practices is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with video editing and motion graphics is a bonus.
