Job Description - Marketing Executive

Position: Marketing Executive
Experience: 0 - 2 Years (Maximum 2 years)
Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹40,000 per month
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Coordinate and execute promotional events, webinars, and workshops.
Manage and expand Ecomitram’s online presence across social media platforms.
Create engaging marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, social media content, and newsletters.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to suggest improvements in marketing strategies.
Proactively engage with potential clients, address queries, and manage lead nurturing processes.
Maintain comprehensive records of marketing activities and monitor lead conversions.
Continuously enhance product knowledge related to renewable energy solutions offered by Ecomitram.
Develop sector-specific expertise in solar energy, sustainability, and related sectors.
Create visually appealing graphics and video content to support marketing campaigns.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Maximum of 2 years of experience in marketing.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and tools (social media, email marketing, Google Analytics).
Creativity and the ability to conceptualize and implement innovative marketing campaigns.
Proficiency in graphic designing tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing software (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or similar).
Basic knowledge or interest in renewable energy and sustainability is a plus.
