Part-Time / Full-Time Marketing Coordinator – She Loves Pink
We are looking for a creative, organised, and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team in Bondi Junction.
This is an exciting in-house role for someone who understands beauty, branding, content, and social media — and knows how to keep a busy salon visible, current, and constantly growing.
You will be working closely with a fast-paced beauty business that offers nails, brows, lashes, skin treatments, and aesthetics, helping manage and elevate all marketing across the brand.
Your role will include:
Creating and filming daily content for Instagram, TikTok, and social media
Taking high-quality photos and videos of clients, treatments, and salon atmosphere
Editing reels, TikToks, stories, and promotional content
Managing social media posting and engagement
Running and monitoring paid ads
Organising influencer collaborations and local business collaborations
Helping plan campaigns, promotions, and seasonal offers
Keeping content fresh, on trend, and aligned with the brand
Assisting with general marketing tasks and brand growth ideas
We’re looking for someone who is:
Creative and highly organised
Experienced in content creation and editing
Confident with Instagram, TikTok, and digital trends
Able to work independently and take initiative
Fast, reliable, and full of ideas
Well presented and comfortable in a busy salon environment
