Title: Sales Assistant (Back Office)
Responsibilities:
Assist in the in the execution in sales day to day work.
Manage and update marketing databases and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Support the marketing team with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing communications.
Coordinate with plants and clients as needed.
Maintain marketing collateral and ensure all materials are up-to-date.
Track and report on marketing campaign performance.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in a marketing role or similar administrative position.
Strong knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and marketing automation tools.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
