Responsibilities
Identify and engage individuals who may be interested in life insurance coverage
Conduct outreach via social media, referrals, community contacts, and approved marketing channels
Qualify interested individuals and collect basic contact information
Schedule appointments or pass warm leads to the licensed agent
Maintain basic records of outreach and lead activity
Represent the business professionally and ethically at all times
Compensation
Commission-based pay tied to issued policies
Earn $25–$50 per issued policy based on lead quality
No cap on earnings
Qualifications
Strong communication skills
Comfortable engaging with people by phone, text, or online messaging
Self-motivated and reliable
Organized and able to follow simple systems
Sales or marketing experience is a plus, but not required
