Great contract pportunity for an enthusiastic and multi-skilled Marketing Assistant with Graphic Design capabilities, based in Western Sydney!
A great opportunity for a creative and mulit-skilled Marketing Assistant, with strong graphic design capabilities, and trade marketing experience seeking an interesting 8-month contract role in Western Sydney, with an established and mature brand, and opportunities for further career development.
With great working hours 9am to 4pm, reporting to the Trade Marketing Manager, and based in their Australian Head Office, this employer is a leading brand in their segment, and an established manufacturer of quality commercial and residential electrical products for Australian and APAC building and climate markets.
Possessing a positive can-do attitude, and a genuine people person, the ideal candidate will support the Trade Marketing Manager in the execution of marketing strategy, and trade marketing initiatives, events, communications and campaigns.
They will also assist the Product and Brand marketing function with digital and social media marketing, and other projects as required.
Responsibilities
Assist in delivering Marketing Events including Product Launch Events and Industry Trade Shows.
Utilise Eventbrite to create events and manage RSVPs.
Develop invitational collateral, invitational EDMs, and email marketing campaigns.
Develop showroom and brand advertising support for trade partners.
Manage marketing collateral and promotional materials, including inventory
Maintain customer data and information in Hubspot CRM.
Technical Requirements
Marketing or Graphic design Degree/Diploma, preferable.
Graphic Design Skills with Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro).
Some experience in managing websites, social media channels, and using CRM systems, ideally Hubsport or other.
MS Office, PowerPoint and intermediate Excel.
Experience working with ERP (SAP) advantageous, but not essential.
Personal Skills
Ability to build and maintain positive, professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Efficient and effective time management. Able to achieve results to strict deadlines.
Great communication skills both verbal and written.
Strong attention to detail.
Be a team player.
Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
Primarily working on site in Western Sydney, from 9am each day, with a level of flexibility and some potential for work from home for the right candidate.
