Job Title: Marketing Assistant – Rubber Molding

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Assistant to support our business development and customer engagement activities in the rubber molding industry. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in English and Hindi, a solid background in New Product Development (NPD), and hands-on experience in managing customer relationships, order follow-ups, and market research.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a key liaison between customers and internal teams during New Product Development (NPD).
Visit existing and potential customers regularly to understand technical requirements and propose suitable rubber molded solutions.
Coordinate with design, production, and quality teams to ensure timely development and delivery of new products.
Follow up on ongoing orders, dispatches, and customer feedback to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and product presentations.
Track project timelines and maintain NPD documentation.
Support the marketing team in lead generation, exhibitions, and digital marketing activities as needed.
Conduct competitor analysis and gather market intelligence.
Requirements:

5+ years of marketing or sales coordination experience in a rubber molding, plastic, or manufacturing company.
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (written and spoken).
Thorough knowledge of rubber molded components, tooling, and production processes.
Hands-on experience in managing NPD cycles from customer inquiry to production handover.
Willingness to travel frequently for customer visits and project discussions.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
Ability to read basic engineering drawings is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Marketing / Polymer Science.
Experience in the automotive, electrical, or industrial rubber sector is preferred.
Familiarity with ISO/IATF documentation is an advantage.
