Summary of Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven, bright and enthusiastic candidate to join the Marketing team at one of Scotland's Big four independent law firms. You will provide marketing, administrative and coordination support across the team, including digital content, branded materials, communications and events, contributing to the delivery of firm wide marketing objectives. You will support the Marketing team to deliver on all the key components of the overall marketing strategy.
You will assist the marketing team in planning and executing marketing campaigns, events, social media, brand awareness and communications. Through this work, you will support the wider ambitions and strategic objectives of the firm, its teams and colleagues, while developing your experience across a broad range of marketing activity.
Key Tasks
Acts as the main intake point for the team, logging, triaging and directing the majority of internal stakeholder requests and responding to or escalating enquiries from potential clients to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of work.
Supports the planning, coordination and delivery of events across key sectors and service lines, ensuring a professional, brand‑aligned and client‑centred experience at every stage.
Manages the end‑to‑end coordination of marketing content, editing, compliance management, scheduling, publication and performance reporting, ensuring the consistent delivery of high‑quality, on‑brand content across channels.
Provides coordination and administrative support for brand initiatives and wider marketing projects, ensuring tasks are completed accurately, on time and in line with brand guidelines and team priorities.
Qualifications and Experience
Previous administration or coordination experience, preferably within marketing in a professional services environment.
Some knowledge of marketing concepts and principles.
Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Organisational and coordination skills and attention to detail.
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Time-management skills and the ability to handle competing priorities.
