Position : Marketing Assistant
Reports to : Marketing Manager/Head
Location : Mumbai
Years of Experience : 3 to 5 years of Experience
Minimum Qualification : Graduate in any field
Preferred Qualification : Marketing course or Diploma
Type of Work Experience Required (Mandatory)* :
Proficient in Microsoft Office / basic graphic design tools like CoralDraw / Adobe InDesign
Type of Work Experience Required (Preferred) ** : Experience in the field of marketing of capital goods / industrial products / analytical instruments
Responsibilities:
Assisting Marketing Manager/ Head on the below mentioned marketing activities
Preparing and managing marketing collaterals – Product Guides | Corporate Brochures | Application Newsletters | Organization’s magazines
Social Media Marketing – Content creation; Posts and Re-posts
Running Electronic Data Mailers (EDMs)
Event management (Exhibitions, Road Shows, Product Launches & Seminars)
Database management
Website management
Lead management, compilation & sharing with sales team
Coordinating with vendors involved during various marketing activities
Inventory management of marketing items and collaterals
Experimenting/using various AI tools & identifying opportunities where AI can improve content creation, automation, and analytics for marketing activities
Provide administrative assistance to the Marketing Manager, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and document preparation
Assist in managing correspondence and communication with internal and external stakeholders
