Kane Group are an established, and successful multi-disciplinary building-services solution contractor, with our Head Office based in Banbridge, Northern Ireland.
We're an innovative, forward-thinking company with continued steady growth serving residential, hospitality, education, commercial and healthcare sectors with offices in Northern Ireland, London, Birmingham, Glasgow and the Republic of Ireland.
We are seeking a Marketing Assistant Placement based in Banbridge to be part of our growing team. This is a fixed-term, 1‑year placement role.
| KEY RESPONSIBILITIES |
Support with day-to-day management of the company website & social media channels.
Develop monthly activity and engagement reports including social media analytics, website analytics and company event engagement.
Assist with content creation for a range of communications channels, both digital & print, whilst maintaining brand consistency.
Support the delivery of branded communications and campaigns.
Assist with internal & external event planning and engagement.
Coordinate with external agencies for branded materials and signage.
Manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
Keep informed of industry trends, design tools, and creative best practices to continually improve output.
Occasional travel to sites and regional offices.
General administration support and any other duties as requested by the Marketing Manager.
| QUALIFICATION |
Currently undertaking a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.
| EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE |
Essential
Creative and ideas-driven, with strong planning and presentation skills.
Experience using basic design and video-editing tools, including Canva and Photoshop.
Familiarity with social media platforms, including LinkedIn and Facebook.
Desirable
Knowledge of web and social media analytics.
Familiar with website Content Management Systems.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Time management and ability to prioritise workload.
Strong attention to detail.
Problem solving and creative thinking skills.
Ability to multi-task and take initiative.
Strong IT skills including proficiency in PowerPoint, Word & Excel.
