Key responsibilities
Be available as a resource for senior marketing professionals who need assistance with completing large projects.
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Assist with event planning and coordination, including logistics and promotional materials.
Drafting and executing targeted content for social, EDM, website, and blogs.
Prepare reports on campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.
Data entry and analysis.
Responding to marketing queries from social media by liaising with the marketing team.
Keeping abreast of industry trends and compelling marketing campaigns.
Liaising and strengthening relationships with employees, referrers, and clients alike.
Additional adhoc tasks as required relating to marketing and communications.
What you need to apply
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
Previous experience and understanding of Microsoft office.
Previous experience working in marketing or communications.
Experience with HubSpot is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience with Asana is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail.
Capacity to work independently.
Ability to constantly improve and optimise.
Ability to take a task, give it a go, and then ask for feedback.
