Job Description
We’re looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Marketing Associate to support our in-store and digital marketing efforts. This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about social media, content creation, and digital advertising, with a strong understanding of brand-building in both physical and online spaces.
If you have retail sales experience – that’s a plus! But our top priority is finding someone who lives and breathes marketing and can take initiative across platforms and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Create, shoot, edit, and schedule content for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
Use Meta Business Suite to manage posts, reels, and engagement across accounts
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns (e.g., Mailchimp or similar)
Upload and manage product listings on Shopify (images, descriptions, SEO)
Design basic marketing materials (social graphics, in-store signage) using Canva or similar tools
Run and monitor Meta and Google Ads, and use data to make recommendations
Support the team with in-store promotions, product launches, and brand campaigns
Keep up with trends in retail, social media, and digital marketing
(Optional/Bonus) Assist customers in-store and handle occasional cash/POS transactions
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in marketing (digital, social media, or content creation)
Confident using Meta Business Suite, Instagram Reels, and other social tools
Familiarity with Shopify backend (product management, basic site updates)
Experience with Google and Meta Ads (basic understanding or hands-on experience)
Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Express, or similar platforms)
Excellent communication and time management skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
(Bonus) 1–2 years of retail sales or customer service experience
