Job Summary
Oakridge Energy, North India's leading solar rooftop company is looking for Marketing Associate to lead our sales in various areas in North India. so we should ideally have graduate candidates with a keen interest in learning about solar and renewable energy technology. your role will involve -
- Reaching out to clients and popularizing solar rooftop and its benefits
- Providing commercial offers and organizing a technical site visit
- closing the commercial offer and obtaining timely payments
Responsibilities and Duties
Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
Answer and address incoming phone calls in a timely and polite manner.
Deal with queries and provide correct information.
Forward calls to appropriate person.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
Handling Meeting & Event coordination both internally and externally.
Handling queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence.
Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member on a timely basis.
Maintain All Register & Notice Board.
Day to day operation work.
Handle all follow up call & support coordinate with team.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Good Knowledge at Computers.(Power Point, Ms Office, Excels, Ms Word)
Should have Excellent Communication Skills Fluent in English & Hindi.
Should be able to work with a Team.
Honest & Hard Working
Disciplined
Experience- 0 -1 yrs
