Marketing Operations & Automation Associate (Hybrid – London)

We’re looking for a marketing technologist who’s both people-savvy and technically strong — ready to dive into tools like Marketo, Braze, Eloqua, and AEP.
This is a remote-first role, but you’ll need to attend weekly client meetings in London, so strong interpersonal skills are key.
What You’ll Do
Build and manage marketing campaigns across platforms like Marketo, Eloqua, AEP, and Braze
Support email, push, and in-product messaging workflows
Collaborate directly with client teams to guide marketing automation strategy
Participate in journey mapping to shape great customer experiences
Own deliverables — ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely execution
Set up dashboards and reports to track performance and campaign impact
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of hands-on marketing ops or automation experience
Familiarity with platforms like Eloqua or Braze — Marketo experience is a big plus
Confident working with data, metrics, and optimization
Comfortable with basic HTML/CSS (for email editing)
Strong communicator — able to explain technical ideas clearly
Proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused
Based in or near London, UK, with availability for weekly onsite meetings
