Job Description
• Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns across email, WhatsApp, Push Notifications, and SMS
• Build and manage user journeys and automations on platforms like WebEngage and Gupshup
• Analyse user behaviour and campaign performance using Mixpanel and Google Analytics
• Coordinate with the Product team to align communication strategies and suggest improvements for enhancing the user experience.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to create engaging, personalised communication
• Assist in setting up and managing performance campaigns across Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads
• Prepare and execute CRM-led marketing strategies aimed at user engagement, retention, and conversion
• Track key campaign metrics and prepare performance reports with actionable insights
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and marketing planning
Requirements:
• 1–5 years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on CRM Campaign Execution
• Experience with tools like WebEngage, Gupshup, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads or any other related tool.
• Strong understanding of user segmentation, marketing automation, and campaign optimisation
• Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make decisions
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, especially when working cross-functionally
Nice to Have:
• Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment
• Understanding of A/B testing, cohort analysis, and funnel optimisation
