Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Automation & Campaign Management
* Plan and execute campaigns across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and Push Notifications
* Design and manage end-to-end customer journeys for website and mobile app users
* Ensure personalized and seamless communication across all touchpoints
Customer Lifecycle & Data Strategy
* Analyze customer behavior and create segmented user journeys
* Build and implement trigger-based campaigns for engagement and retention
* Improve customer lifetime value (LTV) through targeted communication
* Conduct A/B testing and optimize campaign performance
CRM Tools & Technology
* Work on marketing automation platforms like CleverTap, MoEngage, or WebEngage (minimum one required)
* Create and optimize workflows, funnels, and campaign logic
* Stay updated with latest trends in CRM and marketing automation
Reporting & Compliance
* Track campaign performance and report on KPIs (CTR, conversion, retention, ROI)
* Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy guidelines
* Provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness
Requirements:
* 2–5 years of experience in Marketing Automation / CRM / Lifecycle Marketing
* Hands-on experience with tools like CleverTap / MoEngage / WebEngage
* Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and segmentation
* Experience in campaign optimization and reporting
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills
