What will you do?
• The Executive Marketing Automation, Digital Marketing is a critical team member in our growing Global Business Intelligence organization.
• Our team is highly specialized in digital marketing, data visualization and data sciences that can yield valuable market insights and craft effective strategies to capitalize on market opportunities at the right time.
• The right candidate will complement the team by bringing a versatile skill set, using innovative tactics and strategies to increase the effectiveness of all digital marketing initiatives.
For this role, we are seeking candidates with marketing automation experience of 6-+ years. Your primary responsibility will be to work on the Marketing Automation Platform (MAP) and collaborate with other teams and internal stakeholders who own the tools/platforms that integrate with the Marketing Automation platform. You will be the SME on all things that relate to how things are set up in the MAP. You will focus on integration (including but not limited to MS CRM Dynamics and other 3rd party providers), contact/lead/campaign sync & management, MAP governance & hygiene, onboarding and training, advise on the technical implementation of email marketing strategy, reporting/analytics (Analyzer). Stay abreast of new Eloqua and marketing operations developments and make recommendations for strategic improvements to continually fine-tune and develop the effectiveness of the platform. Implementing change management among Eloqua users to enable maximum utilization of Eloqua capabilities by sharing updates and best practices. You will also closely work with a team of highly-skilled front-end web developers/marketing automation experts, Email Marketing Advisor and Digital Marketing Manager.

Technical skills required for this position are:
• Very strong, hands-on experience in Eloqua is required including advanced modules like Integration, Program Canvas, Program Builder, Data Tools, Lead Scoring, Events.
• Knowledge and strong understanding of REST API & SQL.
• Good understanding of different email clients (Outlook, GMail, iOS Mail etc.), how they handle CSS and render HTML emails.
• Strong, hands-on knowledge of HTML/CSS/Bootstrap is desirable.
