Key Responsibilities:
• Entering the orders received in Jewellery Software
• Coordinate with the production team for orders
• Making sure the orders are dispatched on time.
• Making quotations and sharing the same on mail to customers
• Good understanding of costing in jewellery
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM initiatives with overall business objectives.
Requirements
• HSC +
• Experience Required - 3+ Year
• Excellent knowledge of calculating costing of jewellery (On Excel)
• Good knowledge of preparing quotations
• Good Experience of Jewels Software
• Good Grip in Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated success in driving customer engagement and loyalty.
