The Marketing & Brand Executive would be overseeing the various marketing and digital activities of

Tibb’s Frankie & Tibb’s Da BiryaniTadka.

Comprehensive Overview

Develop and plan marketing strategies of Tibb’s Frankie & Tibb’s Da BiryaniTadka
Plan and implement ATL & BTL activities such as promotional activities, events, point-of- sales marketing, brand awareness activities, etc
Co-work with Operations team for promotional mechanism, special offers, in store display and POS materials
Plan and execute new store and product launches
Digital D2C space content and creative understanding to conceptualize and initiate digital and social media campaigns through working with digital agency
Responsible for planning and delivering innovative content across all social media platforms
Responsible for supervising content creation including design and copy writing for digital ads and related marketing collaterals
Handle influencer marketing campaigns execution end to end (quality- Paid and Barter)
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns with basic performance marketing understanding
Manage events/ coordinate with strategic partners like malls/ travel partners, etc. to co- create events/ marketing ideas to drive sales.
Monitor competitors’ activities through print, TVC advertisements and data analysis, as well as current market performance and trends
Be informed about the brand image by conducting periodic marketing survey
Plan, monitor and review on the marketing budget, process invoices and manage vendors/ agencies
Skills Requirements

Brand Awareness: Being able to identify and develop the brand's characteristics is one of the most important factors that the candidate needs to hold.
Perseverance: The candidate should be able remain steadfast in order to make the brand successful.
Relationship building: The candidate should be willing to work with different departments & manage cordial relationship with co-employees and agencies and good co-ordination skills will be very useful with this.
Result-oriented: The candidate should be motivated and strive hard to ensure delivery of positive results.
Analytical skills: The candidate will be responsible for forecasting the future trends of our consumers and identifying the various challenges and benefits of a particular pathway.
Having good analytical skills and being able to catch up with new ones will be very useful in daily work as it allows people to identify solutions.

Operational skills: The candidate would require to visit stores and take charge of all store and catchment related activities
Interpersonal skills: The candidate would be connecting with multiple agencies and malls and departments within the organization. Good interpersonal skills would be required for positive relationships and collaboration.
Budget management: The candidate should be able to work within budgets while maintaining the quality of work being done.
Credential Requirements

University degree in Marketing or Business Administration
1-2 years of experience in a marketing or brand management role
Experience in F&B or QSR industry would be an advantage
Analytical mind, effective communication and interpersonal skills
Digital marketing certification optional
Excellent Communication skills
Willingness to work in offline & digital media platform
Better if the candidate has an experience in working for D2C or emerging start up space
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
