Experience
• 3-4 years managing Social Media, PR activities and Brand Communication, preferably for the Fashion or Clothing Brand

Your Superpowers (aka Responsibilities):

• Hire and manage creators who can turn our products into visual masterpieces.
• Collaborate with influencers and creators for UGC that’s as fresh as a beach breeze.
• Develop creative ideas for Reels, posts, and stories that engage and excite our audience.
???? Creative Strategist:
• Work with agencies to create stunning content videos that wow our audience.
• Develop content strategies that align with our brand’s fun, vibrant personality.
• Design new campaigns that make our swimwear the talk of the town.
???? PR Dynamo:
• Plan and execute PR campaigns that make headlines (in the best way possible).
• Build relationships with media and industry insiders.
???? Social Media Rockstar:
• Develop and implement community engagement ideas to keep our social media buzzing.
• Establish a strong brand presence on platforms like X, YouTube, and LinkedIn while dominating Instagram.
???? Retention Specialist:
• Launch customer retention and engagement campaigns on WhatsApp and email to turn first-time buyers into lifelong fans.
???? Vendor Whisperer:
• Communicate seamlessly with vendors, agencies, and creative teams.
• Coordinate photoshoots that showcase our products in their best light.
???? Website Guru:
• Keep our website fresh, exciting, and user-friendly.
• Manage updates for new collections and campaigns.
???? Brand Architect:
• Develop brand guidelines, mood boards, and positioning that reflect our bold vision.
