Founded by a team of innovators, traders, and compliance professionals, ABFinance's mission is to bring the emerging world of digital assets to everyone. Their flagship product is a secure, regulated crypto exchange building trading tools for both retail and institutional clients—including spot trading and yield generation products with a focus on compliance and security.
Role Overview
You will plan, design, and execute growth campaigns for ABFinance in the U.S. market. This is a hands-on campaign execution role where you own campaign mechanics end-to-end (design → launch → optimization).
Note: This role is NOT primarily a marketing analytics/BI role. Strong analytical ability is needed, but you must be able to run campaigns, not just report on them
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Execution (Core): design and launch campaigns; own workflow from ideation → mechanics → coordination → launch → post-mortem.
Campaign Mechanics & Growth Design (Core): build rules/mechanics, eligibility, reward structures, funnel logic, and anti-abuse controls.
Channel & Partner Activation: execute campaigns across Twitter/X, YouTube, TikTok, Telegram, Discord, affiliates, CRM/email, KOL/media, offline/community.
Work closely with Growth, Product, Community, and Compliance teams to localize marketing initiatives according to US user behavior, regulations, and cultural nuances.
Manage partnerships with US media outlets, KOLs, and community groups to promote ABFinance across both online and offline channels.
Plan and execute regional marketing campaigns, such as referral programs, promotions, airdrops, webinars, AMAs, and trading competitions, including support for offline events.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze user acquisition metrics, and iterate based on engagement and ROI.
Keep up with crypto market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes (e.g., AMF requirements) in US.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in growth marketing / campaign execution, ideally within Web3, fintech, or consumer tech.
Proven experience designing AND executing campaign mechanics
Hands-on ability to run multi-channel campaigns end-to-end.
Strong understanding of the US crypto user base, content platforms, and cultural behavior.
Experience with marketing tools (CRM, analytics, event tools) and social platforms (Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, Telegram, Discord, etc.).
Experience working with English-speaking KOLs, affiliates, or community partners.
Proactive, creative, and able to manage multiple workstreams with independence.
Results-oriented with strong performance tracking and reporting skills.
