Responsibilities
You will drive various projects, understand initiative goals, define solutions, address complex challenges, and ensure success through the strategic and end-to-end execution of marketing tactics
Lead the planning and execution of campaigns to support customer acquisition, retention, revenue, and branding objectives as defined by the organization
Develop and manage detailed project plans within our project management tool
Demonstrate a deep understanding of the brand, its guidelines, and the competitive landscape
Collaborate cross-functionally to drive marketing tactics from inception through to completion, ensuring clear and effective communication
Champion and standardize the campaign management approach to ensure consistency across the department
Advocate the Marketing process to internal and external partners
Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key partners
Utilize data and analytics to inform and enhance creative implementation
Oversee timelines, schedules, budgets, billing, and asset trackers for your projects
Communicate project status, potential issues, and risks to Account Management Leadership and project partners
Assist Leadership in identifying opportunities and developing contingency plans for projects
Participate in performance and post-mortem reviews, applying key findings to future campaigns
