What’s the opportunity

Are you commercial, creative, and ready to make an impact?

If you know how to strike a chord with customers and turn that connection into pipeline, if you love building targeted campaigns, writing irresistible copy, and optimising every step of the funnel, then this role could be for you.

We're looking for a digital marketing specialist with both the skills and confidence to take the lead and make a meaningful contribution to our pipeline and campaign performance. This is a hands-on, high-impact role in a small but mighty ANZ marketing team. You’ll have the autonomy to shape campaigns while collaborating closely with the marketing team to drive results.

Here’s how you’ll do it:

You’ll be the go-to specialist for building and delivering campaigns that help ANZ schools discover the tools they need to support student digital safety and wellbeing. From paid media to email journeys and landing pages, you'll be targeting school IT leaders, Principals, and wellbeing staff.

You’ll work closely with the Marketing Director, Marketing Manager, Sales and Customer Success teams, as well as subject matter experts in cybersafety, to ensure campaigns are tuned to market needs.

You’ll get the nuances of the education sector, understand how school decision-making works, and aren’t afraid to get stuck in, from writing ad copy to optimising nurture flows to reporting back on what’s working.

What will you be doing day to day?

Campaigns that connect

Plan and deliver end-to-end marketing campaigns across paid, email, organic and event channels

Build audiences, test creatives, and optimise performance to drive qualified leads

Own the digital marketing campaign calendar and make sure we’re hitting the right people at the right time

Copy that converts

Write short, sharp copy for ads, social, emails and landing pages that grab attention

Tailor messaging for different personas like IT, leadership, wellbeing and families

Collaborate with brand and content to develop hooks, value props and CTA messaging

Tuning the engine

Track digital marketing campaign performance and spot opportunities to improve conversions

Monitor ROI across channels, adjust spend and tactics accordingly

Build reports and dashboards to share what’s working (and what’s not)

Working across the aisle

Work alongside content and product marketing to deliver integrated experiences

Briefing and collaborating with our internal design team on ad creative.

What do you need to bring?

4–6+ years’ experience in digital marketing, demand generation or growth roles

Experience working with B2B, SaaS or education clients (K-12 experience is desirable)

Proven ability to drive pipeline through targeted, high-converting digital marketing campaigns

Deep understanding of HubSpot or other CRM/marketing automation tools

Great writing instincts, especially for email, web and social copy

A strong understanding of audience segmentation and digital campaign planning

Experience managing paid campaigns across Google, Meta and LinkedIn

Confidence using data to optimise digital campaigns and report on performance

Ability to manage a demanding workload in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment, including fast response to immediate business requirements.

Exceptional attention to detail

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams at all levels.

Strong organisational and communication skills, you keep things moving

What makes you a great fit?

You’re strategic but love to roll up your sleeves

You’re curious, proactive and always looking to improve

You’re a team player who knows that better outcomes come from working together

You care about making a difference in schools, not just marketing metrics

You’re adaptable, you thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments

You get excited about campaigns that aren’t just clever, but meaningful

Where will you work and what’s the vibe?

Hybrid role based in Sydney or Perth

Flexible working with shared office days for connection and collaboration

Salary based on experience

You’ll report to the ANZ Marketing Director and be part of a supportive, creative, and mission-driven team and wider global marketing team operating in North America, UK and Spain

Why this role matters

Schools are under pressure to support student wellbeing in an increasingly digital world. Our solutions help them do that, with the right tools, the right data, and the right advice. Your work will help schools discover what’s possible and find the help they need.

Sound like your kind of role?
We’d love to hear from you.

At this stage we are only accepting application from those with full working rights in Australia.

Shortlisting will commence immediately.
