About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our CRM Marketing team. This individual will work closely with growth managers, CRM operations, and content teams to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with growth managers to design and implement successful marketing strategies.
• Support the CRM content team in handling email performance requests, conducting HTML/preview tests, and performing secondary research.
• Assist with advanced SQL queries and streamline automation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent project management skills, and attention to detail. They will also have proficiency in HTML for email marketing and experience with preview testing.
About You:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven individual with 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably with a focus on CRM and growth. A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
• Familiarity with Email & WhatsApp campaign management and user list creation.
• Previous experience in Edtech.
