Marketing & Class Program Developer
Brickhouse Gym – Winnipeg
Brickhouse Gym is hiring a Marketing & Class Program Developer to lead the growth of our Unlimited membership model across all locations.
This role is focused on driving class attendance, increasing member engagement, and building a system that consistently grows recurring revenue through classes.
Primary Focus
Grow Unlimited class memberships
Increase class attendance and retention
Strengthen the overall class experience and offering
What You’ll Do
Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive class participation
Build and refine class schedules for maximum attendance
Work directly with coaches to improve class quality and consistency
Analyze performance and optimize underperforming classes
Develop strategies to convert members into Unlimited
Secondary Focus:
Support growth of corporate memberships and team training programs
Help position Brickhouse as the go-to fitness solution for local businesses

Ability to think in terms of growth, systems, and results
Organized, proactive, and execution-focused
Passion for fitness, group training, and community building
