Job Description
Marcom executive will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing communication strategy and digital marketing plan of TringMe. He/She will be also responsible for developing and delivering communication message in different format among target audience using various marketing communication tools.
Requirements
Bachelor or Master degree in marketing or mass communication
Min 1-3 years of working experience as Marcom in any advertising or PR agency, digital marketing agency, news media, or corporate
Sound knowledge of latest trend and best practice in digital marketing
Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills
Creative and Proficient in developing design, core message and content for advertising, corporate announcement, newsletters, press releases, blogs and social media
Proficiency in English & Hindi language
Experience in using various social media, blogs and other internet marketing tools
Must be competent with all Microsoft Office applications
Ability to executive marketing communication plan independently and as a part of team
Effective time-management skills with ability to meet deadlines
Passion, personal alignment, and commitment to the mission of TringMe
Roles and Responsibilities
Developing and implementing marketing communication strategy of TringMe
Developing and implementing advertising, PR, consumer promotion plan
Developing and Implementing Digital Marketing and Content marketing plan
Developing content for internal and external communication initiatives including website, mobile app, marketing materials, newsletters, press releases, announcement, media queries and other communication & PR materials
Coordinating with designers to develop required creative for advertising, social media and digital marketing campaign
Lead the delivery of corporate announcements, news releases, expert opinion, newsletters, articles and other communication messages
Identifying media opportunities in mainlines, tabloids, websites, regional, channels and maximizing media mileage
Building and maintaining positive relationship with journalist, editors, bloggers, strategic partners, vendors and other key stakeholders
Checking heath of content and editing periodically
Managing online reputation and brand image of TringMe
Conducting analysis of completion and latest trend in marketing communication periodically
Guiding and assisting other team members for content development and communication
Assisting Seniors in their need of market insights, data and other information as and when require
