Your Key Responsibilities
• Collate and curate content for newsletters, ensuring internal and external communications stay engaging and informative.
• Develop success stories that spotlight major achievements and milestones in critical energy projects.
• Create and maintain guides with helpful hints and tips for users of our internal communication tools.
• Analyze communication data and provide insights to improve engagement and performance.
• Manage SharePoint content by creating pages and ensuring information is up-to-date and accessible for internal teams.
• Support ongoing marketing efforts by contributing to a variety of content and communication projects as needed.
Requirements
• Excellent writing and content creation skills, especially in newsletters, success stories, and informational guides.
• Active listening skills with a creative mindset and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage various projects simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies.
• Experience in SharePoint content creation (i.e., building pages and managing updates).
• Familiarity with communication analytics, with the ability to extract and present actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with new stakeholders on a regular basis.
• Confidence in communicating and presenting at workshops and webinars.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Viva Engage) is a plus.
