• Create and manage content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
· Conduct social media analytics and reporting to measure the effectiveness of our social media activities and adjust our strategy as needed.
· Engage with our social media followers and build relationships with key influencers in the industry.
· Get the enquiry from B2B portal and circulate it to the sales team.
• Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns, exhibitions and promotional events.
• Prepare the promotional schedule and review consistently to implement changes, if any
• Analyze feedback on event activity.
• Maintain marketing expense
• Contribute through ideas to save marketing expense
• Coordinate with media and related agencies/vendors viz. creative artwork, magazines, printer, fabricator
• Negotiate with various media suppliers for activities that incur the cost or involve the brand presence
• Maintain and manage rapport with media personnel, various vendors and associates.
• Drive negotiation as per plan in order to reduce purchase costs
• Ensure regular evaluation of suppliers and development of new vendors
• Ensure effective management of rate contracts
• Finalize effective contracts for logistics with vendors | suppliers

• Strong vendor management & stakeholder management
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks on sometimes short deadlines
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Excel/word/ PowerPoint
