Marketing Communication Executive – E2
Department: Marketing / Corporate Communication
Reports To: Head of Department
Work Experience: 6 – 12 months (Experience in small to mid-size marketing agency preferred)
Education: Graduate in Marketing / Mass Communication / Business Administration or related field

Job Purpose To support Bhatra Rubber Works in strengthening its global marketing efforts through market research, exhibition management, lead generation, and digital marketing activities, enhancing brand visibility and generating qualified business leads for rubber stoppers and primary packaging products.
Major Duties & Responsibilities: · Conduct global research on companies and markets relevant to rubber stoppers and primary packaging products. · Monitor global industry exhibitions and trade events. · Maintain and manage business lead database. · Identify key decision makers such as Purchase Heads and CXOs for targeted outreach. · Prepare and manage exhibition budgets. · Ensure effective cost control and vendor coordination. · Plan and manage marketing collateral required for events. · Oversee event production and on-ground coordination. · Represent the company at domestic and international exhibitions. · Create LinkedIn thought leadership posts highlighting Bhatra Rubber Works’ products and expertise. · Update the company website with relevant case studies, product launches, and updates. · Develop digital content for new product launches. · Execute email marketing campaigns and cold outreach initiatives. · Assist in communication planning and campaign execution. · Prepare professional visuals/designs using Canva (basic level). · Develop high-quality presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint.
Required Skill Set: · Strong research and analytical skills. · Ability to manage data and lead generation tools. · Hands-on experience with Microsoft PowerPoint. · Working knowledge of Canva software. · Familiarity with email marketing tools/platforms. · Basic understanding of digital marketing execution.
Communication: · Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Confident in drafting professional marketing content and business emails. · Effective communication with vendors, stakeholders, and internal teams.
