Position - Marcom Manager

REQUIREMENTS :-
● Bachelor or master's degree in communications, journalism, public relations, Business Administration or related area.
● 6+ years’ background in a similar position.
● Solid experience in managing ATL and BTL activities
● Experience in Branding, Marketing & communication
● Excellent communication skill
Job Details:-
● Develop and promote branding initiatives consistent with corporate business goals and objectives
● Creating and managing all marketing materials and collateral in line with brand direction
● Implementing online marketing activities including social media
, SEO/SEM, demand generation, lead generation, etc.
● Tracking the effectiveness of various campaigns and course corrections as required
● Managing communications spend and working with vendors and agencies to create and/or localize communications and marketing activities and develop supporting assets
● Leading the planning and implementation of PR and initiatives related to the brand
● Defining key targets and quality metrics for marketing communications initiatives and reviewing and evaluating results upon completion of the activities.
● Develop marketing plans within budget requirements media (online and offline) and reach appropriate target audiences, based upon specific performance goals
. ● Evaluate the success of various communication strategies and provide and implement recommendations for improvement
● Developing, executing, and governing marketing communications plans and campaigns for engaging various stakeholders as per the business strategy and working closely with leaders to ensure strategy and content alignment.
● Responsible for developing, implementing, measuring, and improving communication plans for supporting lead gen initiatives for achieving business line objectives and ensuring the development of cross-functional marketing initiatives.
● Creating and maintaining the communications materials for ensuring that messages are integrated which includes and not limited to internal articles, success stories, case studies, press releases, customer presentations, scripts, podcasts, market collateral, etc.
● Developing & hosting global promotional campaigns such as events, curation of panel discussions, webinars and other formats
