Key Responsibilities


Execute engaging and high-quality marketing activities and related communications across a variety of channels within our Australian and New Zealand markets.
Team with others as you play a central role in the ongoing development and utilisation of varied content that promotes a variety of cyclical and ad-hoc cycles and related marketing campaigns.
Market innovative content across a variety of social media channels as you actively promote our brand through local and global initiatives.
Act as a brand advocate to positively position Schneider through all marketing activities and other related communications, amplifying our brand across all internal and external channels.
Promote strong engagement and collaboration across the organisation and with external Agencies.
Utilise data and other related tools to monitor performance and provide specialist insights that assist with continuous improvement activities.
Provide specialist support to varied stakeholder groups, local teams, supporting functions and broader groups that will require a level of stakeholder management.
Qualifications:

About You


Relevant tertiary qualifications coupled with demonstrated experience in a similar Marketing role.
Proven experience, skills and success in marketing and related digital content across multiple platforms/channels.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proven level of professional experience that demonstrates an ability to shape clear, strategic and winning marketing activities.
Well-developed stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
Proven ability to operate independently while managing multiple projects and meeting a variety of deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Your digital skills will stand out across; CRM platforms, social channels, AI tools (Prompt Engineering), Canva and other contemporary digital tools.
