The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Marketing & Content Assistant to join our team in Central London (Zone 1). This is a 100% office-based role, perfect for a creative individual who enjoys a collaborative environment and wants to build a career in property marketing.
This position is a unique blend of creative content production and rigorous administrative support. You will be responsible for making our properties look stunning online while ensuring our back-end verification processes are handled with 100% accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Content Production: Visit properties to capture high-quality photography and short-form video.
Creative Editing: Use Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop to retouch images and prepare professional listings.
Social Media & AI: Assist in managing Instagram, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu (小红书). Use AI tools to generate creative scripts and stay ahead of digital trends.
Design & Branding: Create visually appealing posters and digital assets using Canva, ensuring all work fits our brand identity.
Digital Operations: Maintain property listings on Rightmove, Zoopla, and our company website, including basic SEO optimisations.
Application Verification (Critical): Manage the back-end administrative process for verifying applications. This task is essential and requires extreme attention to detail and responsibility.
Requirements
The "Eagle Eye": You must be exceptionally detail-oriented. We need someone who thrives on accuracy, especially when handling data and applications.
Multi-tasking & Time Management: You can juggle multiple projects—such as jumping from a creative photoshoot to precise data verification—without losing focus or missing deadlines.
Proactive Attitude: A "problem-solver" mindset. You should be comfortable proactively reporting to the team and asking questions when needed.
Creative Potential: A passion for photography and social media. Professional experience isn't required, but a good aesthetic sense is a must.
Location: Ability to commute to our Zone 1 office 5 days a week.
Eagerness to Learn: While knowledge of SEO or Adobe Suite is a bonus, we are happy to provide training for the right candidate.
