Role: Content Marketing
Location: Mumbai -Goregaon (East) WFO
About the Role: To play a key role in executing marketing strategies, crafting engaging content, and driving event marketing and project initiatives. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to learn and grow in a hands-on environment while working closely with cross-functional teams.
What you'll be Responsible for?
1.Content Creation & Copywriting:
• Understand customer personas and pain points to shape relevant content and messaging.
• Develop engaging and impactful content for emailers, social posts, event collaterals, and other marketing materials.
• Write concept notes, briefs, and messaging tailored to specific audiences and campaigns.
• Repurpose existing content assets into new formats like videos, presentations, or infographics.
2.Event Marketing & Operations:
• Conduct competitor and industry research to gather insights that inform campaigns and strategies.
• Support end-to-end event marketing, from ideation and planning to execution and post-event analysis.
• Coordinate with vendors, internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure seamless event delivery.
3.Project Management:
• Oversee and manage multiple marketing projects, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
• Work cross-functionally with product, sales, and creative teams to align on project goals and messaging
What You'd have?
• 4-6 years of experience in marketing, with exposure to content creation, project management, and event operations.
• Strong writing and copy-editing skills, with a flair for crafting engaging and audience-centric messaging.
• A proactive, go-getter attitude with a passion for taking ownership of projects.
• Familiarity with tools like, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint et al.) and marketing platforms (HubSpot, Canva, or similar).
• Experience in B2B or event marketing is a plus.
• MBA or equivalent degree in marketing
