Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to amplify our agency’s brand and expertise. This role is pivotal in promoting our services, positioning us as industry thought leaders, and ensuring our marketing efforts align with business goals. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and has a keen understanding of content marketing, social media, and inbound marketing strategies.


Key Responsibilities:


Brand & Thought Leadership Marketing

Manage and grow our LinkedIn presence, including the agency page, organic and paid posts, ads, and newsletters to showcase our expertise and attract potential clients.
Develop content strategies that position our agency as an industry leader, driving engagement and newsletter subscriptions.
Oversee and maintain our Instagram presence, creating visually compelling content that reflects our creative work and agency culture.
Work with internal teams to develop case studies, blog posts, and other thought leadership content that highlight our success stories and insights.

SEO & Content Strategy

Collaborate with an external agency to oversee and manage our SEO strategy, ensuring our website and content attract high-quality leads.
Ensure consistent SEO-driven content updates, including blog posts and landing pages that reinforce our expertise and services.
Oversee the creation and distribution of case studies, collecting data and client testimonials to showcase successful campaigns.

Sales & Client Engagement Support

Assist in developing capabilities decks and pitch materials, streamlining the process through automation tools like Dubsado.
Oversee inbound lead workflows, responding to inquiries, scheduling meetings, and maintaining CRM records to nurture potential clients.
Coordinate and schedule client roundtables, facilitating discussions that highlight our industry insights and build relationships.

Event & Podcast Coordination

Research, book, and manage the agency’s participation in industry events, webinars, and podcasts to elevate our brand and expertise.
Maintain an up-to-date event and content calendar, ensuring alignment with marketing initiatives.
Coordinate logistics, outreach, and promotional materials for event participation to maximize visibility.

Qualities:

Proven strength in using leading marketing and sales technology.
Knowledge of LinkedIn marketing.

Experience:

Great communicator, empathetic and direct.
2+ years of experience in marketing, social media management, or related roles within a creative or professional services industry.
Educational background consistent with the required skills.
Advanced user of standard suite of Microsoft Office products.
At least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Strong familiarity with LinkedIn Ads, organic content strategies, and engagement tactics to market agency services.
Basic understanding of SEO principles and content marketing (experience working with an agency is a plus).
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Proficiency with tools such as Dubsado, Canva, HubSpot (or similar CRM such as ActiveCampaign), and social media scheduling platforms.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging that highlights our expertise.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Job Expectations:

Position Type

This position will report to the company leadership.
Flexible work environment with hybrid/remote work.
No travel is expected for this position apart from 1 to 2 company gatherings per year, which are typically in Seattle.
