DESCRIPTION
The Marketing Coordinator/Marketing Specialist will report to the Executive Vice President of Operations and work in our Las Vegas office. This role is responsible for proposal management, graphic design, content generation, and social media coordination.
Manage proposal development, including writing, editing, and formatting.
Analyze RFQ/RFPs and coordinate with team members to prepare content.
Edit and finalize proposal content for readability and compliance.
Research and create marketing materials, including project descriptions and resumes.
Provide CRM administration, data entry, and knowledge management.
Develop and implement social media strategies and create engaging content.
Maintain company websites, ensuring up-to-date project information.
Monitor media coverage and maintain a library of press clippings.
Draft and edit copy for corporate publications and collateral materials.
Support business development research and manage project award submittals.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or English.
3+ years of marketing experience.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat).
Experience with CRM database input and upkeep (Microsoft Dynamics a plus).
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to utilize layout and graphic design skills in a business setting.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently or in teams.
Ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
Occasional travel to jobsites, events, and company meetings.
Previous experience in the AEC industry preparing RFQ/RFP/Proposals is preferred.
