Our opportunity
We have an opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to join our Sydney team, supporting the development, market share and profitability a residential portfolio.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assist and support business strategies, programs, objectives, policies and initiatives.
Assist in the preparation, maintenance and monitoring of all marketing campaigns including digital, print and out of home.
Assist with marketing briefs and presentations.
Assist with database marketing, communication, segmentation and analysis.
Manage online listings and edm’s.
Assist in maximising PR and networking opportunities.
Assist in managing communication/ PR/ social media / project Issues.
Assist in managing calendar appointments and meetings.
Your point of difference
This is an entry level marketing position and is best suited to someone recently qualified and ready to grow a career in marketing. As a minimum you will have an understanding of digital and print media along with copy writing experience. Experience or strong interest in property will be valuable.
You will have excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, as you will be liaising with internal stakeholders, external providers and customers.
Your organisation and time management skills will also be exceptional as the position requires coordination and event management.
You will be motivated and thrive working in a fast paced team environment.
