About the opportunity:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our vibrant Marketing team, providing creative, operational and administrative support to Bolton Clarke’s Retirement Living’s marketing operations.
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinate the development and production of materials to support marketing, communications and business objectives.
Support the development of materials, marketing collateral, and integrated content to support Bolton Clarke’s retirement living service offering.
Contribute to content development and coordinate across select offline and online channels.
Liaise with service providers and contractors, including external and internal clients, suppliers, agencies, and others as required.
Support and contribute to active event management across our Marketing Portfolio as required.
Provide administrative support to the Retirement Living Operations departments as required.
Inter or Intrastate travel may be required on short notice.
We would love to hear from you if you have:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising or similar, or a minimum of two years relevant experience deemed the equivalent.
Proven experience in planning and delivering high quality marketing outcomes and a solid understanding of marketing and brand management principles, B2B and B2C marketing and communications.
Broad reaching copywriting skills including a demonstrated ability to write for different audiences and different platforms in a complex environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
Well-developed organisational, administrative and project planning skills, with high attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and coordinate multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Canva & PowerPoint.
