· Plan and schedule activities for university representatives, including travel arrangements.
· Secure approvals from university officials for representative recruitment activities.
· Coordinate with vendors for printing marketing materials and giveaways for representatives.
· Liaise with agents to secure participation for representatives in fairs and events.
· Assist representatives with online registration for fee-based fairs, conferences, and events.
· Provide day-to-day support to representatives, answering questions, resolving issues, discussing upcoming activities and feedback, and ensuring overall smooth functioning.
· Collaborate with the admin team to book flights and hotels for representatives' travel.
· Work closely with the graphic design team to obtain necessary creative materials (infographics, mailers, standees, business cards, etc.) for representatives.
· Experience in the education sector.
· Experience in market entry activities.
· Strong understanding of travel logistics.
· Familiarity with graphic design principles.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,068.83 - ₹31,124.32 per month
